Evaluation Purchase Policy

Thank you for choosing Certyco. This policy outlines the terms governing evaluation credit purchases, credit validity, and refunds. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. Refund Policy

Evaluation credits are generally non-refundable once payment is confirmed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that credits are not refundable based on dissatisfaction with evaluation outcomes, scores, or subjective assessment of the evaluation process.

Exceptions:

Certyco will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • No matching expert available: If no expert is available at the time of your evaluation request, Certyco will conduct a personalized search to find a matching Industry Expert from our network. If we are unable to find and assign a matching expert within 3 business days of your evaluation request, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Platform error: If a technical issue on Certyco's side prevents your evaluation from being completed (e.g., system failure during the interview), your credit will be restored or a full refund issued.
  • Evaluator misconduct: If Certyco determines that an Industry Expert acted inappropriately during your evaluation (e.g., discriminatory behavior, failure to follow the evaluation framework), you will receive a replacement credit for a new evaluation.

To request a refund, visit our Support page with your transaction details. All approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of the request.

2. Credit Validity

Each evaluation credit purchased through Certyco never expires. You may redeem your credit at any time, without time restrictions or expiration dates. Your credit remains valid indefinitely and can be used whenever you are ready to schedule your evaluation.

3. Redeeming Credits

Evaluation credits are tied to the purchasing account and are non-transferable. Credits can only be redeemed by the account holder who made the original purchase. You cannot transfer, sell, or gift your evaluation credits to another user or account.

4. Failed or Interrupted Payments

If a payment fails or is interrupted during the transaction process, no evaluation credit will be issued to your account. You may retry the payment at any time through the purchase page. If you believe a payment was processed but no credit was received, contact our support team immediately with your transaction details.

5. Disputes and Support
